Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
• Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
• Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
• Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.
• Working closely with senior personnel.
• Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.
• Reviews, reports, and competitor analysis
• Promoting the company’s brand
• Initiating new projects and prospects for the organisation in the market.
• Analysing sales, preparing annual sales & marketing plans, scheduling expenditures & income, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing /sales goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports and quarterly plan of the team to compete vigorously.
• Implementing new sales plans and marketing.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams/agencies to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
