The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customers in the B2B hardware industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage sales leads, conduct sales presentations and negotiations, and close sales deals
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy
• Plan and organize sales and marketing events, trade shows, and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and marketing activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree / HSC will do.
• Fresher with good convening skills and experience in the B2B hardware industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel frequently
