Responsibilities:
• SELLING
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Identify and target key customer segments, develop effective sales channels, and establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and food service partners.
• Lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and PR efforts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for product development and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product development, production, and supply chain functions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and marketing ROI to drive continuous improvement and optimize business results.
Requirements:
• Foodie
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the food industry, preferably in plant-based or alternative protein sectors.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and trends in the plant-based food space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
Salary:
• 40K per month plus incentives
