Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for training and managing the sales team, and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Sales skills and knowledge of Sales techniques
• Experience in Training and Sales Management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Experience in the B2B and industrial sales is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in a related field
