Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the diamond jewelry business. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our exquisite range of diamond jewelry while implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our diamond jewelry products and services.
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including leads, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our diamond jewelry.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece.
2. Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Manage social media accounts, website content, and online advertising to enhance the company's online presence.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints, from inquiries to post-sale support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information and educate customers on the 4Cs of diamonds and other relevant aspects.
- Address customer feedback and continuously improve the customer experience.
4. Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales, marketing activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing ROI.
- Utilize data to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the luxury jewelry or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of diamonds, including the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Clarity, and Color).
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, including digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
