Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales, and coordinating with teams to ensure effective promotion of products. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for identifying and capturing new markets, creating promotional materials, and analyzing customer feedback to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales and marketing role is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on marketing performance.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in the metal industry is a plus
