This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, sales, and training. This role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work (domestic and international market).
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Outstanding customer service skills to meet the needs of clients
• Experience in sales, including developing sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques
• Experience in training and coaching sales teams
• Experience in sales management and leading a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
