Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to increase sales revenue, enhance customer service, provide product training, and manage overall sales processes.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in training and coaching sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Understanding of ethical and sustainable business practices, including knowledge of sustainable real estate trends and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
