Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day Sales Tasks: Execute sales strategies, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Sales Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review to drive informed decision-making.
Locations:
Mumbai/Pune:
Responsibilities: Execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales activities in the Mumbai and Pune regions.
Hyderabad:
Responsibilities: Drive sales initiatives, conduct training sessions, and oversee sales operations in the Hyderabad area.
Bangalore:
Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts, provide customer support, and manage sales activities within the Bangalore territory.

Qualifications
