Job Description: Entry-Level Multifunctional Role in F&B Tech Industry Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist Industry: Food & Beverage Location: Mumbai Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing tech and service provider in the Food & Beverage industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality audit and inventory management services. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats, working across various departments including sales, marketing, accounts, and operations. Our company places a strong emphasis on inventory management and audit to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team and contribute to our success in various ways: 1. Sales and Marketing: • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Participate in customer engagement activities and contribute to building lasting relationships. • Support marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, promotions, and events. 2. Accounts: • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry. • Assist in preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable/receivable. • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements. 3. Operations: • Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the F&B industry. • Assist in coordinating and overseeing the preparation and delivery of orders. • Learn about quality control, ensuring products meet our standards before reaching customers. 4. Inventory Management and Audit: • Play a role in monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. • Participate in regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and ensure proper stock recording. • Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize inventory turnover and minimize wastage. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced F&B environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
