The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential customers and leads, educating customers about the academy’s chess courses, scheduling appointments with interested customers, and closing sales. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, addressing customer queries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications • Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Communication • Customer Service and Sales skills • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
