Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing, including Business Development, and Client Services. While the role is located in Agra, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategy and Planning skills
• 1-3 years in a similar role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in sales training
• Ability to manage and lead a sales team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
