Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is on-site and is located in Bulandshahr. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management

• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
