Sales and Customer Success Specialist:

About the role:

We’re looking for a friendly and dynamic Sales champion to join our team, providing exceptional service to our clients. The role will demand experience in B2B sales.

We are looking for someone who is excited about converting sales and experience in merchandise sectors. They will be interactiong with our international client and hence have to work in Australia AEST timings.

Duties include:
• Being the first point of contact by answering inbound calls, emails and enquiries
• Qualifying incoming leads, converting them into potential clients
• Processing and invoicing orders and processing credit claims
• Contacting and helping customers with their requirements via phone and email
• Liaising with our partners and production units
• Reply to customer and consumer queries via phone and email
• Data entry and filing
• Update systems and create processes
• Other Ad hoc duties as required
• Supporting other departments as required
• Update management on the sales and manage reporting

The position is full time, Monday - Friday AEST 8 am till 5:30 pm

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate with have the following attributes:
• Exceptional communication both written and verbal
• Exceptional sales skills
• A warm and positive attitude
• Ability to take initiative and manage global teams
• Great negotiation skills
• Computer literate and have sound knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Trello, slack and Excel
• Proven abilities to work as part of a diverse team
• Willingness to learn new IT software, systems and processes
• Previous experience with sales (mandatory) and marketting
• Experience in a similar role is favourable but not essential
• A completed degree or course through 3rd level education is favourable but not essential
