Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist - Digital Technology Solutions located in Chennai. The role includes tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, training customers on our products, and managing overall sales operations. The specialist will also coordinate marketing activities to align with sales objectives and drive growth in the digital technology sector.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• 3+ Years of experience in providing Technical Solutions (Technical Sales) of Industry 4.0 / IoT / Digital Technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the digital technology or related sector is a plus
