Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Faridabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, support sales teams, and build strong customer relationships. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and optimize marketing budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in market research and analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing Ability to work independently and in a team environment Fluency in English and Hindi is required Note This position is available immediately.
