Sales and Marketing for Selling German Kitchens
Job description
· Meeting with prospective architects and interior designers to introduce them to our company and its product offerings, inviting them to the showroom and providing complete product and design information for their future projects.
· Converting Showroom walk-ins into Sales.
· Interacting with clients to understand their needs and desires interpreting these into their custom Modular Kitchen Design.
· Effectively Presenting the kitchen design and closing the deals.
· Preparation of Concept Plans/Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Reports .
· To Compare the various alternative designs and chalk out the few most feasible ones.
· Milking out other options for generating sales
· Finding and meeting end customer , and pitching our kitchens
· Conduct meeting of team members to review performance and identify areas of improvements.
· Provide guidance to improve performance and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Location in Pune
· Experience of Min 3 to 4 years reqd, or more
· Good Communication and client management Skills
· Managing Client relations Operations:
· Managing all operations and MIS.
· Project Coordination and management.
· Having worked prior in a Modular Kitchen company catering to high-end clients
Business Analysis & Continual Improvement
Study and analyse performance related to sales & revenue collection, delivery, client
retention and other store related aspects.
Identify areas of improvements and take measures to improve performance and productivity.
Continuously upgrade job related competencies (knowledge/skills/behaviour) and contribute in the continual improvement and growth of Organization.
People Management
Develop team work & performance driven culture in the business unit. Plan and take initiatives to improve employee engagement.
Maintain work discipline.
Client Relations
Develop and maintain cordial relations with clients.
Provide ongoing updates about organizational improvements and innovations. Take feedback about completed projects.
Understand the areas of improvements and communicate to team members.
In case of any customer complaint, take immediate action and provide solutions. Conduct periodical meetings with Architects/Interior designers.
Plan client engagement activities.
Improve association and generate references for business.
Achieve target of retention of Architects/Interior designers.
MIS & Reporting
· Compile and update business related MIS.
· Provide periodical reports to Management as per requirement.
