Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Person to join our team at Neelam Aqua & Speciality Chem Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of aqua and specialty chemicals to customers in the Jaipur region. Your primary objective will be to increase sales revenue, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Identify and target potential customers, including industrial manufacturers, water treatment facilities, and other relevant industries.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing them with product information, pricing, and technical support.
5. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads to generate new customers and expand market share.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our aqua and specialty chemicals.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring profitable sales and customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
+. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team.
10. Stay updated on industry developments, new product releases, and competitor activities, and incorporate this knowledge into sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemicals or related industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
8. Willingness to travel within the Jaipur region and occasionally outside the region as required.
