Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role with PlanMyTreatment. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting customer service activities, providing training to sales teams, and managing sales operations. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being based in our Mumbai office, but also allowing for some flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in sales and customer service • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies • Experience in training and coaching sales teams • Knowledge of sales management techniques and tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Ability to work independently and in a team • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
