Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with sales activities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with lead generation and marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of the financial market and investment strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.
• Flexibility to travel, if required.
