Position Overview:
As an IT Sales Specialist at Unique Discount Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
2. Consultative Sales: Understand the unique IT needs and challenges of clients, offering tailored solutions and services that align with their objectives.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their IT needs.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our IT solutions.
6. Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional IT solutions and services to existing clients.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a deep understanding of IT products and services.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
