Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer communication, providing excellent customer service, sales training, sales management, and executing sales strategies. This role requires on-site work in Pune and involves acquiring new customers with research.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Experience in sales and business development
• Training and mentoring skills
• Proven track record in sales management
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
