We are seeking motivated and talented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Job Responsibilities:
For On-field Sales and Marketing Executives:
Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and target potential clients and markets for our telecommunications, embedded systems, and prefabricated wooden homes products.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase our products and services.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
For Digital Marketing Executives:
Digital Strategy:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).
Content Creation:
• Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Customer Engagement:
• Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence for the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in the telecom and security, embedded systems, or construction industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (for Digital Marketing Executives).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (for On-field Sales and Marketing Executives).
