This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Arihant Analytical Laboratory Pvt Ltd located in Sonipat. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business through the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will be responsible for managing and developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the analytical laboratory industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive and execute sales and marketing initiatives, including experience with sales promotions, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed for business
