We are serving more than 2500 registered clients, consisting of top retailers, jewellery manufacturers, and dealers with pan India and global presence. Over 1500 customers are using our Website & Mobile App service regularly. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help us to keep the company competitive and innovative. We are looking for a candidate with a good communication skill and has the ability to execute the marketing strategies. Candidates should also possess the desire, ability and willingness to take on new and additional responsibility if the role develops beyond its existing parameters.
Responsibilities
• The role involves sales of certified diamonds with existing and new clients in the United States, Europe and China
• Experience in B2B trading and sales in the diamond industry.
• Understanding of the loose diamond market and prices.
• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Highlight issues through feedback based on customer demands to meet their needs.
• Well-organized and self-motivated. Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
• Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information
Qualifications
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Analytical mind & attention to detail.
• High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation.
• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.
• High result orientation.
Work Experience: 3 - 8 years of experience in related field (Diamond Knowledge Preferable)
Education Qualifications: Any Graduate
