Roles and Responsibilities Generating leads into the exhibitions & events industry, targeting high-potential clients participating in the exhibitions (International clients). Lead generation will be done through LinkedIn. Conduct Market Research and find the right set of companies with the help of various databases that will sponsor the event. Connecting/Approaching/Engaging Marketing Heads from Companies via various social media platforms who are likely to potentially sponsor the event. Conversing/Engaging with potential sponsors on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Deliver scripted sales pitches to the clients. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Mailing Introductory Profiles to prospective clients. Scheduling appointments and getting maximum meetings done with the clients. To get a sound brief from the client and ensure maximum clients are converted. Client follow-ups & feedback till the completion of the project. To... be a single point of contact between the client and the production team. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in lead generation & B2B sales Must be good at Team leading (5-6 members) Must be proficient in English- Verbal & Written (Mandatory) Must have experience in dealing with International Clients (Mandatory) Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase & G2.
