Responsibilities:
• Training Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing training programs tailored to the needs of our organization.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales and marketing teams, both in-person and virtually.
• Content Creation: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and e-learning modules.
• Sales Skills Development: Provide training on effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, objection handling, and closing deals.
• Marketing Excellence: Educate marketing professionals on marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Product Knowledge: Ensure that all team members deeply understand our products/services, enabling them to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Skill Assessment: Administer skill assessments and evaluations to identify training needs and track progress.
• Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to team members to improve their performance.
• Sales Tools and CRM: Train teams on the use of sales tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing training or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Candidates with a compulsory bike, valid license, and RTO documents, as there will be extensive traveling.
● Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
● Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
● Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
● Experience in integrating technology and digital solutions into training programs.
● Strong background in providing financial literacy education and empowering individuals with financial knowledge.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
