Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various office duties including online cataloging, client follow-ups, sales tracking, and lead generation. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Online Cataloging: Manage and update online product catalogs across various platforms.
• Client Follow-Up: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales activities and campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and interaction history.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales support or administrative assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
