We are on the hunt for an amazing Sales Intern and Operation Intern in Jaipur, Rajasthan to help our customers implement our SaaS products and ensure they get the most out of their software investment.
At Kugelblitz, we help lending companies make more data-driven decisions with the help of data collection, book-keeping and industry-leading lending solutions.
What you'll be doing
As Sales Intern, you will play a key role in onboarding customers to the Graviton platform to ensure they get off to a good start. Alongside a team of project managers and solution architects, you will learn everything you can about the inner workings of the Graviton, and use this to implement the best solutions to meet customer needs.
Here's what we'd like you to focus on:
• Collaborate with the Sales team and solution architects to deliver the planned implementation of the Graviton platform.
• Understand and troubleshoot the Graviton platform when the users are initially onboard.
• Conduct platform training sessions to help all users get the maximum value from our products.
• Develop and maintain helpful documentation around onboarding & technical setup.
• Support customers who have been onboard alongside a team of project managers & solution architects.
• Recommend new approaches to the gravity setup when opportunities present themselves.
• Help to upsell new gravitation platforms and services and surface these opportunities to the Sales team.
• Advocate for our customers to our internal stakeholders and share valuable account insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Customer feedback is an important part of our product development, and your insights will play a key role in creating new features and services.
What we expect you to bring
Some experience from a similar customer-facing role (consultant/customer success/client advisory), ideally from the B2B space or Fintech Industry
• A good understanding of Lending and experience with working in APIs and SAAS.
• Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and partner up successfully with multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for working independently, being organized, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with and building successful relationships with cross-functional teams.
• An innate curiosity about new technologies.
