Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Operations Head at ARMSTRONG. The role involves overseeing business planning, business process improvement, sales operations, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise
• Experience in Business Process Improvement
• Sales Operations and Sales strategy knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and drive results
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
