Sales And Pre-Sales Executive
Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Nahur west, Mumbai (Work from office)

This role blends lead generation, product demo coordination, and pre-sales engagement to support the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to proposal.
You’ll work closely with the Sales team and cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, and Support) to drive sales growth and ensure a seamless buying experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development
• Identify and qualify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate initial interactions with prospects.
• Keep CRM updated with lead progress, activities, and follow-ups.
• Align with the core sales team to meet lead conversion and revenue goals.
Pre-Sales and Client Coordination:
• Coordinate and prepare for demos by gathering initial requirements and positioning the right solutions.
• Work with the product team to tailor presentations based on client personas and use cases.
• Assist in preparing proposals, commercial quotes, and RFP responses.
• Collect client feedback post-demo and share insights to improve engagement.
Internal and Post-Sales Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product and Support teams.
• Support post-sales activities like deployment scheduling, documentation follow-ups, invoicing, and payment coordination.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on demo pipeline, conversion status, and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software Sales, Inside Sales, or Pre-Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• A proactive, tech-savvy individual with the ability to grasp and explain software concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clienttouchpoints.

• Qualified Leads Generated per month
• Demos Scheduled & Conducted successfully
• Opportunity Conversions from demos
• Client Response Time across touchpoints
• Pipeline Contribution and support in closures
