We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Promotions Associate to join our team and drive brand awareness for our events and products. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about engaging with the public to promote our offerings.
Duties:
- Engage with the public at various locations to promote events and products
- Distribute promotional materials and samples to attract potential customers
- Communicate key features and benefits of products or services to potential clients
- Create a positive brand image through enthusiastic presentation of promotional activities
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the marketing team for analysis
- Assist in organising and executing marketing campaigns and events
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
