We are currently hiring for the role of Service Engineer
Experience: 4 Years - 6 Years
Qualification:Diploma in Electronic & Instrumentation, B.E/B.Tech
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attending complaint like Breakdowns, Demo, IQOQPQ calibration, validation of Laboratory Instruments like Glassware washer, washer, Incubator, Biosafety cabinets, Freezer, Deep freezer, Furnace etc.
- To do the installation as per schedule.
- To ensure correctness of the instruments.
- To abide with annual maintenance contract.
- To collect, analyse customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.
Competencies:
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive maintains measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstration to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Driving Execution
- Attention to detail
• Experience:
- Field service: 4 years (required)
- Pharmaceutical sales: 4 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (required)
