We are a dedicated and motivated team of 57 people, located in Hyderabad, and represent the five brands of our group in the domestic market, providing laboratories with innovative, precise and efficient solutions: Retsch is our specialist in laboratory mills and sieving equipment. Microtrac develops leading solutions for particle characterization. Carbolite supplies high-performance laboratory ovens. Eltra enables precise elemental analysis, and QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing. Verder Scientific operates nine production sites and eleven sales companies worldwide and are part of the German-Dutch technology group Verder, a group of companies with over 2000 employees around the globe.
We are looking for a Sales and Service Engineer in the area of DelhiDoing what is fun
The sales and service engineer's responsibilities include market penetration , leads addressing, update in CRM, customer-connect, repairing faults, servicing equipment and creating preventative maintenance strategies. Should provide friendly, efficient service always. Should be knowledgeable about Hard testing machines and willing to accept constructive criticism along with outstanding resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.
Tasks:
• Communicating with HO, Product Managers, clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that sales and services issues are addressed effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring sales and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering the demonstrative service to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree – In Engineering.
• Basics – Computers with good communication skills.
• 3-4 years of teaching experience.
• Good written and spoken English
