Role Description
This Full-time on-site Sales and Service Engineer role is located in Mumbai and primarily involves collaborating with customers to identify their needs and provide technical support during the sales process. The Sales and Service Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions, resolve technical issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Data acquisition and real-time control system design, programming and commissioning
• Excellent knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA systems
• Experience with Power Quality Analysis and Electrical network design
• Familiarity with Industry Standards and Compliance Regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service focused mindset with strong dedication to customer satisfaction
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
