Responsibilities
Responsible for calibration, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment
Build and maintain customer relationships, provide service and technical support for all e3 equipment offerings ensuring calibration and preventative maintenance is completed as scheduled according to service agreement
Collaboration with Office Administrator to ensure scheduling of equipment calibrations is as required
Maintain accurate records of customer contact and equipment
Prospect for new service and generate sales leads for Regional Sales Manager follow up
80% travel to customers location within assigned territory, works independently with minimal supervision
Responsible for calibration of equipment received at the regional office; schedule return to customer when completed (company vehicle provided)
All other duties as assigned
This position is subject up to travel up to 80% of the time
Some overnight trips will be required

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team in the regional office in Los Angeles. this e3 Field Service Technician is the equipment expert that our customers rely on for all their audiological instrumentation needs: new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.
