Appointment/Sales Coordinator & Client Advisor – Aesthetic Treatments - Performance-driven role.

Company: London Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Hybrid (Multiple locations London & MCR)
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based, 7 days a week coverage)

Role Responsibilities

This is not a passive role – during your shift you must be constantly calling, texting, and closing leads. Your daily tasks include:

Appointment Setting – Call and close new leads from TikTok & Meta ads.
Deposit Collection – Secure £50 deposits via Stripe for every booking.
Daily Follow-Ups – Call/text all clients booked for today and tomorrow to confirm attendance and boost show-up rates.
CRM Management – Document every interaction, take clear notes, and tag prospects correctly.
Pipeline Discipline – Ensure every lead is contacted, followed up, and moved through the sales process.
Client Relationship – Build trust and rapport to maximize conversion into high-value treatments.
⚠ Non-Negotiable: You must be fully active during your shift — calling, messaging, and booking. This is a performance-driven role.

What We’re Looking For

Woman preferably (majority of our client base are mostly women).
Strong, confident phone presence – clear, warm, persuasive communicator.
Proven sales/closing/appointment setting experience.
Willingness to learn and grow
Extremely disciplined and consistent — able to follow processes every single day
CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred, training provided).
Target-driven, motivated by commissions and incentives.
Values healthy living, growth, and positivity — fits our team culture.
Compensation & Benefits

£25 per secured booking.
£75 bonus for hitting 3+ bookings/day.
Commission paid for task completion (even if no bookings that day, provided CRM work & follow-ups are 100% complete).
On-Target Earnings: £3,000 – £4,000/month.
Free treatments for high performers.
