Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The Sales Assistant will support one of the Sales Executive, handle client communications, manage spreadsheets, collaborate with various departments, and perform reporting and forecasting tasks to analyze sales trends and predict future performance. A deep understanding of major retailers and their operations is essential, along with extensive experience in reporting and forecasting, which are critical for driving strategic sales decisions.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with major retail accounts is required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in email etiquette and problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Competent in computer data entry, literacy, and spreadsheet management
Extensive experience in reporting and forecasting is a must, with a proven track record of analyzing sales data and predicting trends
In-depth knowledge of major retailers and their operational dynamics
Critical thinking and customer service skills
