Job Description
Responsible for all new transactions from initiation through booking
Enable fact based decision by creating transparency on selling-related key performance indicators (Sales key drivers, cost ratios, sales per hour)
Follow-up store portfolio decisions and evaluate their target achievement
Manage medium sized projects related to Retail Selling and/or actively participate in projects
Constantly optimize speed and consistency of day-to-day processes and systems (standardized reporting, SAP-BW, MicroStrategy, BI solutions)
Support the business (Retail and Franchise) and SVP Sales Strategy & Excellence as a controlling function
Enable fact based decision by creating transparency on the Retail and Franchise P&L and Inventory and their underlying drivers
Manage medium sized Retail & Franchise projects and/or actively participate in projects
Apply state of the art analytical tools for Retail and Franchise and support the business partners in using the tools
Work to achieve direct-to-consumers objectives and deliver results with a short-term, operational focus as part of the department targets
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,732.05 - ₹38,628.11 per month
