Summary
As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility is to execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the management team.
Daily activities include identifying consumer trends and solutions, implementing marketing programs to increase consumer exposure, and keeping detailed records of all potential customer leads. The Sales Assistant will also monitor and communicate market/industry trends, consumer feedback, and adjust the campaigns accordingly with the team.
The goal of the Sales Assistant is to ensure that their client’s brands are recognized as industry leaders through increased revenue, brand awareness, and increased market share.

Salary: 10k to 50k+ incentive

In Short Span of 5 years, Company has been able to deliver 6 JDA approved Townships, 2 Luxurious Flats Project. Currently 5 Plotting Township and 5 Flat Project going on at Ajmer Road, Sikar Road and Mansarovar Locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1.Sales of Company’s Flats, Plots & Villas
2.Meetings with Prospective customers
3. Main role is to attend to client query and visit clients to appropriate project
4.Handling customer visits at the project site and bring it to closure
5. Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate.
6.Work on sales scripts with agents
7.Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
8.Self-motivation and drive

10. A current Driving License (At least 2 Wheeler Compulsory)
