Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
· Compiling and maintaining a list of prospective and current customers for use as sale leads
· Merchandising or rotating products according to company guidelines
· Assisting the Club Manager to hit sales targets by completing the sales process and closing sales
· Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth
· Assist with tasks associated with the management of the membership system (Glofox)
· Contribute to local area networking
· General administration assistance
· Provide in-club customer service and interaction as required
· Contribute to membership retention through providing administrative support for competitions, friend referral schemes, PT pack sales, nutrition seminars, member database marketing and new initiatives to encourage member attendance
· Assist with additional tasks as required such as community events, club presentation and tidiness, and contributing to new and innovative ideas to keep the club ahead of the competition
· Follow all Snap Fitness policies and procedures
· Identify and report all hazards to the Club Manager

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
