Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.

Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their requirements, employing upselling techniques where appropriate.

Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed effectively.

Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills to handle cash and card payments.

Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, addressing any queries they may have.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in English is required

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.

Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential.
