Position: Furniture Sales Specialist
Responsibilities: As a Furniture Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in our showroom, assisting customers throughout their furniture buying journey. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers into the showroom with a warm and friendly approach. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget to offer personalized furniture solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products, including materials, features, and benefits. Be prepared to educate customers and address any inquiries they may have.
• Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to showcase furniture collections and highlight promotions. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
• Space Planning: Assist customers in visualizing furniture placement and room layouts to maximize the functionality and aesthetics of their spaces.
• Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers through effective follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with furniture industry trends, interior design concepts, and competitors' offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
• Previous Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Passion for Furniture: A genuine interest in furniture and interior design, with the ability to offer creative and practical solutions to customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential to understand and meet customers' needs effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, as you'll be working closely with our talented team of designers and sales professionals.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and occasional extended hours to accommodate peak shopping periods.
