Robert Half is partnering with a leading logistics company in North Miami to find a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Assistant. This long-term contract/temporary-to-hire role offers a great chance to support a dynamic sales team and advance your career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with managing client accounts and tracking sales activities.
• Provide top-notch customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and relevant documentation.
• Help with the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Support efforts to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Stay informed about company services and industry trends to effectively engage with clients.
• Organize client meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
