Job Title: Sales Assistant (Non Woven Fabric Company)
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Non-Woven Fabric (Textile) company.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by assisting in lead generation and conversion, maintaining client orders, tracking payment plans, visiting clients, and addressing grievances. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and have a keen interest in the non-woven fabric industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in lead generation efforts through market research, prospecting, and identifying potential clients
Support the sales team in converting leads into sales by coordinating product samples, preparing sales presentations, and assisting with pricing and proposal generation.
Maintain client orders and ensure timely order processing, including accurate product specifications, quantities, and delivery details.
Regularly track payment plans and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment and resolve any billing inquiries
Schedule and conduct regular visits to clients, both existing and potential, to build relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Address client grievances, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any client-related issues.
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to assist the sales team in tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (2 to 3 Yrs) in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the textile or non woven fabric industry would be preferred.
Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced sales environment.
Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point
A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
