Hello, we are an early-stage startup seeking field sales executives to support our marketing, sales, and operations efforts. The role involves visiting specific locations, personally onboarding users, conducting on-the-spot sales, and creating marketing materials such as flyers and handouts for user onboarding.
Here are the key details:
We require sales representatives to visit select locations in Bangalore on alternate days.
During these visits, you will engage with users, explaining and persuading them to become our users for our mobile app. Effective communication and explanation skills are essential for this task.
Sales on the spot would be also preferred, which you can help users do over our app. We will provide you the inventory for this.
Strong communication skills in Kannada and English are necessary, while knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
Documentation of daily work, possibly using a simple Excel file, will be required.
Any additional questions and details can be addressed during the interview process.
This role involves frequent travel and may require early morning (6-12) and late evening (5-+) availability. As it is primarily an on-site job, applicants should be willing to travel within Bangalore to various locations during these times.
This is going to be temporary part-time work and based on your performance and understanding of our business, we can convert it into suitable long-term roles.
NOTE: This is an onsite job, so please kindly apply only if you are based in Bangalore, outside Bangalore applications will not be considered.
