Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our Richmond showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in bathroom and kitchen products. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products for their renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and advice.
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including cabinetry, tapware, stone, timber flooring, and more.
Assist customers in selecting products that suit their style, budget, and project requirements.
Keep the showroom clean and organized at all times.
Support customers through the purchasing process, including product orders and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen products is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping people.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
