Role DescriptionOCP Academy is seeking a full-time remote Sales Business Development professional. This role involves lead generation, market research, customer service, and leveraging analytical skills to drive business growth and foster impactful relationships with learners and mentors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets.
Business Development: Develop new and manage existing customer accounts, driving sales and business development across a territory.
Customer Relationships: Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
Negotiations: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and close sales deals.
Presentations: Deliver presentations and send proposals.
Payments: Collect payments and handle inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Research.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Previous experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: Up to 15,000
Commission: Up to 20%
