Duties

Process transactions accurately using Zoho CRM system.
Promote additional products through upselling techniques to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and organized sales tracking and work as a team.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base however not required.
Proven experience in phone sales is preferred with an interest in the health and wellness industry.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks during busy periods.
Familiarity with ZOHO CRM systems for processing sales transactions effectively. (Training Provided)
