We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Requires door to door sales
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and organized
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers both in person and over the phone
Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple customers during busy periods
Follow proper phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online channels
Support store organization through efficient task prioritization and organizational skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base
Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management are essential for success in this role
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
